I feel like with the lamp the people stumbled upon what they could have sold it for, now they want it back. If they are asking for part of the profits, it sounds like they are more interested in the money than the actual item. If it were me I would be asking if you can share who you sold it to, so they could offer that person the money to purchase it back.
My mom had an estate sale after they moved out to a senior home. One of the things that was left (by accident) was a box of Christmas ornaments. There was ornaments I gave my mom in First grade when I and my blue bird troop went to visit a glass blowing shop. Then there was all the ornaments I had made all the years that I had no money to buy things. All gone. I miss the stuff still. Moms been gone 6 years. But I still miss the ornaments. I would have received the things when she passed. I sort of understand the people wanting it back.

Doesn't matter if it's the seller or the buyer wanting to change things, they're wanting to be in charge of how the sale goes down. Both parties need to stand firm on the agreed upon terms, and if someone is willing to compromise, they need to let it be known up front!✨🌟
For the "old lady" story.. when she first messaged me asking for it back, I feel like I would have tried to nicely engage with her about her past with thr plant and see how she responded. Asking her questions like "its so beautiful so i understand! How long have you had it?" And "what kind of experiences have you gone thru together? I know plants can be good company thru hard stuff" and if she responded kindly I would have given the plant back in exchange for my money. If she acted like a jerk, I would think she had a better offer and blocked her looool

You can ask for it back but if they say no then you have to accept that. Stalking their fb and showing up at their work…absolutely crossed a line. What next? Shows up at her house or her kids school? What a psycho. Age doesn’t mean people are sweet.
with the last story i feel like giving the plant back would have been the kind thing to do, but i also totally get being very put off in the moment and their impulse being to say no with her showing up at their work, so i don't know if i can call them the asshole necessarily, just an unfortunate situation. also with the estate sale, i also agree it would have been the right thing to do to give it back, but i was also wondering if this third party was the one who mistakenly sold it what responsibility they have in the situation (like liability wise)

Yes, you should use a different scooper. All my substrates have their own scoopers then the big box of mix has two. A large and a small one for filling in smaller amounts.

I wouldnt give a plant back when a person would stalk me down oO. Maybe on the first massage, but not after such a creepy visit!! Old people feel often entitled and i dont like it!

Older people are still adults, and there's no way that she should have gone to the woman's office, but the buyer should have given her the tree back right away. Why wouldn't you? Get “strawberry” clips or greening pins. They are what you can use to tuck things into the soil. And they don’t rust.

What’s the best way to transfer a pon plant to a soil-less substrate? I have one I want to do but it’s the only one I have in pon that I got that way.
