Moniece was also a mother that was living her life and couldn't get it together which is why she couldn't care for her son. Her mother & Fizz have said it multiple times on the show.

Michael I totally agree. As a mother there's a certain way to behave and she's not behaving in a motherly way. Once you become a Mom your childrens safety is important. Her behavior in itself just screams she don't want to parent them children. And that's fine that's why they have a father. Sometimes dad's need to take over cause not every woman is meant to mother a child even though she birthed the child. It would've been nice to see them work as a FAMILY but that's too far gone.

For every single mother that is out there you do realize its single fathers out there doing the same. Majority of them doesn't get child support or affordable housing.
