He started building a cargo airport for years now with little or nothing 2 show for, but the Ebonyi State governor who started international airport not quite long now, is almost on the verge of completion, despite the fact that Ebonyi State receives the least federal allocation in the entire zoo called Nigeria, bc of the feeding bottle system of governance
