Hi! Karla and Robbie, I just was curious if the current Writer’s Strike concerning the Current T.V. Actor’s striking in Los Angeles, California for more pay and wages has effected either both of you in any way of finding work on television and also finding work on the streaming television services Networks like: Netflix, Amazon, Hulu. etc.
With all due respect to Robby Benson, I was told that both Robby Benson, had a “FEUD” with Donnie Osmond, back in the 1970’s and that they had a lot Animosity, Jealousy towards each other and that Donnie Osmond, could’ve invited Robby Benson on the Donnie and Marie show on ABC in 1976-77 but chose not to invite him because of their ongoing feud over something? What? could’ve of it been over.? Some rivalry that could’ve been.? and even today they both don’t even acknowledge each other. What ?Happened.?

This was nice… Been wondering about Robbie Benson. Back in the 1970s I went to stay with some relatives in a small farming town in North Dakota. I was about 15 or 16 when I saw the movie Jeremy. First time I saw it I was by myself, but I thought this would be the perfect movie to take this girl I had a crush on to go see. I did… And it worked. Naturally, that movie has a special place in my memories.
I was a big Robbie Benson fan. He is about the same age as me… I also wonder about another teen that was well-known at the same time Scott Jacoby. I thought these two guys were extremely talented.

At age 66 does actor Robbie Benson, have access to good healthcare and is he in good health in 2023 because I don’t see him on regular Television 📺 anymore and also with the on going ongoing writer’s strike 🪧 in LA California etc.
As far as I can tell through interviewing him, he has excellent health care. He has many projects, makes music and will be on the next season of Severance once the actors' strike is resolved.
@louisepalanker I don’t think you were aware that Robbie Benson and Donny Osmond had a silly “FEUD” back in the 1970’s and they both had a lot of Animosity, Ego, Jealousy and dislike towards each other’s Stardom, Fame etc. I was recently told by someone in the Business from back then. They told me that ABC wanted to feature Robby Benson, on the Donny and Marie Variety Show in the 70’s but Donny, said “No Way”to the Producers so they the producers didn’t go through with it. I have never seen Donny Osmond pictured with Robby Benson photographed together. I was real surprised to hear that. They’re both so talented it seems that they would at least acknowledge each other.
I never heard that story. It certainly doesn't sound like Robby and I have interviewed Donny a number of times. He is lovely.
@@louisepalanker Are you saying that you and Robby Benson, were in the same room interviewing Donny Osmond years ago and you observed Robby speaking directly to Donny in a respectful, professional manner.

@louisepalanker Why hasn’t anybody or anyone yet created, uploaded to TH-cam a video of Robby Benson, through the years tribute video on his life, fame, movie, music career etc. If someone with the capabilities to do so please do so. I got a suggestion for tune: My Career song title tune by the Hudson Brothers, 1974. It seems like by now somebody, some fan would’ve created one video and uploaded it to TH-cam years ago.

Does anybody know if Robbie Benson is still Teaching film, directing and producing at Universities and Colleges or did he finally retire.
I don't think he's doing that currently, but life is fluid. He may get back to it. Robby will be starring in the next season of Severance.

Robby Benson, sort of reminds me of actor Michael Gray of 70's Saturday Morning Children's show "SHAZAM" and Don Grady from 1960’s tv show my three sons.
I was really surprised to hear that Robbie Benson during his heyday of the 1970's he didn't even meet Donny Osmond, Marie Osmond, Ron Howard, Henry Winkler, the cast of Happy Days , The BEE GEES, BARRY MANILOW and many, many others; actors, singers, music groups that defined Pop Culture in the Mid to late 1970's.
That is interesting. He is one of the few or only teen idols who was a movie star, rather than a pop or TV star.
@@louisepalanker During Robby’s heyday of doing movies 🍿 🎥 and television 📺 and attending the Academy Awards, Oscars, the Emmys, The Golden Globes Awards, The Grammy’s and the American 🇺🇸 Music Awards I assumed that he would meet a lot of famous people, actors, famous musicians, singers or from Music Groups, Athletes etc that were famous at the same time that he was famous etc. and he would’ve Hob Knobed with some of them.
