I knew of a Christian drug rehab center in Chiangkong of northern Thailand. It is located in a long forgotten "refugee camp". Over 10 years period, I noticed many who once were down & out, poor and destitute junkie, who got saved in the rehab center went on to live financially prosperous and physical and mentally health life. Yes, born again Christian do become prosper even in poor third world country.
This is so true..my dad would evangelize to migrants workers from third world country who were idol worshippers and at first they'd be in the most dilapidated condition some falling to alcoholism and gambling away all their earned money when their festival comes. After they receive Christ, they'd prosper not just spiritually but financially as well. Hence, my dad always say knowing Jesus is an all round development.
