The sad truth is that Rockstar find bands like this to pay them less, because any major music label would demand far more than rockstar (yes even with their budget) could pay to fill out several radio station with hit songs. That's why there are so many smaller/up and coming artists on the radio as opposed to the vice city/san andreas days when noone knew just how big a money spinner the gta franchise would turn out to be.

Hechizeros are a regional Mexican band man, it's pretty niche music. As awesome as they are they're not going to break into super-stardom. They've been around for a while, I'm sure they're happy they're still gigging
