I get very disheartened and my confidence falls like a waterfall whenever i see that FAST is such a good university and i didn't know this even after Fsc and now passing three years in a low level private university i have got to know about the potential of FAST and now i think like i have wasted my three years and now i have no option but to complete the degree as its my last year in BS CS. There is no option to migrate and now i want to start BS again because i am not satisfied with my degree from this current university. I am feeling absolutely useless when i compare myself to the students of these top universities like FAST NUST etc. Jo bhi dekho sab FAST aor NUST se hi jaate hain in tech giants me. i dont know mene apni zindagi ke sath akhir q aesa kya. I am so much hopeless and extremely regretful and depressed. I dont know how to get out of this dark hole. Should i start the degree again ? 😤😓

To some extent, university matters but in computer science mostly skill matters. There are many channels on youtube which give you far more skills.SHAFIQA IQBAL from PU is data engineer at google and according to her perspective universites give you only social and communiction skills. You may join bootcamps before your job. THEY POLISH YOU AND MAKE YOU READY FOR MARKET.

Then you should read or hear ankut the life of Dr. Zeeshan Usmani.
He is also computer science graduate of a very low level uni but later went to USA on full bright and has worked with US govt as well.
