    Hi Morgan, 1 question regarding Alerts. IF an alert is created and the tech works on it to resolve the condition but hasn't yet resolved the ticket - Ninja then reports that the condition is RESET back to Halo - what happens? Does the alert reset get linked to the original ticket and the ticket is closed automatically or just appended?

      Hi there! The ticket closes with the note 'Alert Reset'. Hopefully that helps, but if you have any other questions, just let us know!
