Bakugou is always angry because he's either depressed or it's his quirks way of keeping him alive. Nitroglycerin can lower a person's heart rate if exposed to it long enough. If this is true, if bakugou is not constantly stressed or angry, he will pass out. I'm assuming that's how that works.
