His dietary habits are a bit similar to mine i noticed I’ve consumed more chicken than any other protein i limited my red meat consumption i try to stay away from pork and pork bacon as much as possible but it’s sooo hard i don’t drink cow’s milk anymore im tryna get back into mediation and as a martial artist i add a bit of some stretching and yoga into my fitness routine’s regularly
