Please go to IGI 2 main menu>configuration>controls and find which button you have assign to zoom in and zoom out and alternative fire button to trigger the scope. The default button are "H" for "zoom in" and "N" for "zoom out".

What is the version of the game. Because I've tried your way exactly step by step but they always trigger the alarm eventually. And almost all of the time the alarm is triggered during my way over the wall.

You need to buy the game online or else there's no way to bring the background music. I'm sure you're using the ripped/compressed version of the game. But if you don't want to buy the game, then there's a way to fix the music problem. The jump? You have to hold the forward+crouch and then press the jump key.
