The fire box needs a grate to elevate the fire so air can flow underneath it. Also, it would be nice if there was a removable tray under the fire for easy ash cleanup

This really looks like the ultimate offset smoker... Everything on this looks expertly crafted and designed. Not to mention that thick steel you know your temp is gonna hold. I haven't looked it up yet but id imagine it's hella expensive but probably worth the scratch.

Give that firebox 2years it’ll burn a whole straight thru it laying it on there like that Also temp gauge on the cold side you need one on the hot side as well

Go look at mill scales, go look at M and M’s, go look at fatstacks, go look at any offset smoker, it’s a cook chamber with a firebox welded to it

At 5,500 euros, this is not overpriced. A lot of labor goes into this. Everything has to be measured, cut, and welded correctly and squarely. It takes 5,500 to make this. Hell, a Weber Kamado Summit Kettle is $2,200.00 and it’s thin junk! This mamacita is built heavy!
No it won’t, there are so many people, well known people, who don’t have grates in the firebox, you don’t NEED one, it makes it easier to sweep the ash out too
