nice scenic video in a great geology hunt showing nice colors revealed by natural erosion processes PLUS bonus of your comments as you point out content in rocks ~ thanks ~
With all that mineralization exposed to fast flowing water, I would think there'd be a tasty placer downstream somewhere. Did you do any panning for that?
How close to roads is this site? How difficult in Canada is it to build a road? Because doing the math on that assay it comes back to nearly $2000 per ton US. On the surface the ore body has potential do you have plans to drill samples for ore body depth?
About 400 meters from an old logging Road. Building roads requires permits, but you cant really get any closer cause you will be within the repairian area and it's to steep anyway
ALS minerals is a global company they have ASSAY offices all over the world, they should have pretty standard fees. If you go to there website they have a sample submittal form to download. If you send an email to contact us they may have a suggestion based on ore or rock type and type of mineralization.
@@911mining ok cheers I will definitely be checking it out.my house is built with very mineralized rock and there's piles of old buildings that's crumbled to nothing around the garden.plus there's lots of quartz and granite in the stonewalls around the perimeter.
Indiana Jones for sure would of been a mission just to trailblaze your way to find an access point purely Jurassic spot thanks very much for sharing safe journeys
Sweet adventure wow beautiful area sweet minerals the areas u guys get to see are so amazing so what was the attraction that got you both into geology if u don’t mind me asking I’m surprised your partner isn’t repelling down to that area thanks so much guys be safe
What got us both intrested was the need to know how rocks, minerals, deposits where formed, how they got there, love the hunt, it's like a mystery to me there are signs pointing to deposits you just have to put the clues together to find them. I also loved the history of old workings the fact that there where people 150 years prior in the some of the same spots, old mines and we have the same goal as the old prospectors seems pretty cool to me.
Ask Jeff Williams... "And yeah, you're gonna get wet!" You guys go to the most beautiful places, water's gotta be cold but I'd want to get in. Thanks for the uploads!
Looks like there was a cave in the Bush and small trees. You never know. I would be snooping all around lol. I loved caving in Florida. The bats kinda creeped me out. You know rabies sort of thing. I wouldn't sleep a wink. Bears would be hungry, just saying. Beautiful place though you have to admit. The girl's would scream when the bats flew all around the cave. I think the bats were more afraid. I was worried about a cave in, with all that screaming. Just before that I dropped down a 20 foot drop to a small shelf. All scuffed up. Then drop into the fire pit. Someone grabbed feet and I was next to a pond in a cave. I was digging it. Until the bats started flapping. I should have had earplugs. Long time ago ha Haha M
I really enjoy your videos but it's my hope that this beautiful canyon is never exploited, mined or discovered by the public. Some places just need to stay natural and free.
Because of repairian laws and conservation most mining would need to be done outside of canyon walls most likely other than small scale hand mining. Wouldn't be any destruction. Our hope is to find extensions outside of the canyon.
Absolutely, most likely it would make you both rich it's hard to start a profitable big mine with no funding usually if a big mine where to open up a company would pay you a big payout. You can definitely make good money on the small deposits too.
911 Mining & Prospecting there's a stream down near galopolis Ohio and your can see gold in it and some times even gold flakes just floating down, should I try there lol
It’s cool what you guys do loved watching amazing beautiful river that 1
I enjoy your work. Every video is a geological guide. Beautiful canyon. I could spend a few weeks down there. Thanks for the great adventure.

That is a quite stunning location. Not trolling, but how would you feel about a mine there? (it's something I wrestle with).
Would be hard with restrictions either way.
That's a proper canny'n'.I got some mint rocks round here and need to test them for minerals.how do I go about doing that please?
Where do you live we use ALS Minerals in BC
@@911mining I'm in England.

We have given up on trying to stay dry...because yea we always get wet not matter what lol 😉
You guys rock....lol
Bears can climb. It s worth it to wait on prospectors.
Lol the walls are pretty steep it's a 150+ foot drop in almost all places here there best bet on getting us is where we came in 😉

You think there are still gold deposits be found that'll make an average joe rich? Or is it all for the huge corporations with bottomless pockets?

No one cares about pyrite, wheres the gold?
With the sulfides, if you are a prospector you know gold travels with mineralization, pyrite, chalcopyrite. There's also some placer gold here.
