Happy New Year! We're trying to finally reach our goal of 1000 subscribers on TH-cam this year! Will you help us get there? :) Thank you so much for your support!
I've been watching a handful of youtube Villa del Palmar videos over the past couple months and I've got to say this one is probably the most informative and also really well made. Thank you so much for putting in the effort with the tour. It's going to be so helpful for everyone planning their future trips! Liked, subscribed and bookmarked!
Hi Simon! First of all, thank you, thank you, thank you :)! We appreciate this sooooo much and I know that Adam (the one who edits video) will be so happy to hear your feedback. We have another property tour of a cute Airbnb here in Colorado we just made that we hope will also be useful. We're starting to add these to a playlist called "Places to Stay" : th-cam.com/video/HUaG61orMOs/w-d-xo.html Are you traveling to Mexico anytime soon? If so, where are you visiting? :)
One of the best reviews. U Must have a great attention to detail .I like how you narrated each part. Versus just take a camera and panning a round. We will be going in two weeks.
Thank you so much! We hope you have an incredible time and are so happy you found this helpful. We'll be going to Puerto Vallarta at the end of the year and will record another one.
Oh yay!!! Thank you so much for sharing that feedback with us - so helpful! We hope that you have a fun trip next year! We'll be heading to Puerto Vallarta (hopefully) in December 2023 so we'll make some more videos there. Happy Holidays!
Best part is the multiple hot tubs especially the big one! Lots of places only have one small one. Can't say how much of a difference that makes. This place rocks!
Agreed! We love going here. We'll be making a video of the one.in Puerto Vallarta this year (not sure if it will be flamingos or the one closer to town. We're finalizing our plans soon). Thank you so much for watching!
Hi, We actually never do the all-inclusive because we like going into town every night. However, doing some digging on their website this is what we found: The Gourmet Culinary (GC) All-Inclusive plan starts at 3:00 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival and continues until your day of departure at 11:00 am (These times are in accordance with the official Check-In/Check-Out times). For guests selecting the Meal Plan, the 1st Day commences at their chosen meal time; i.e. starting with Lunch and concluding on the last day with Breakfast. The minimum period for the Meal Plan is 3 days which cannot be interrupted, reinitiated nor transferred. Hope that helps. They do have a live chat on their website, so that might help with very specific questions. Thanks for watching!
@@AnnaDandAdam thank you so much for your prompt and extensive reply! I was debating whether AI or not as we don’t eat or drink much and are planning on booking tours. But I don’t know how easy and safe to get into town if we don’t drive nor speak Spanish? Also considering you have to pay for WiFi as well, I wonder if the costs will actually add up the same as AI
@@endlesspenny1539that's completely fair. We've been to Cancun twice and both times felt pretty safe but obviously everyone's expenrience can be different. Now, I (Anna) do speak Spanish but a lot of the locals would only speak to me in English - even when I spoke Spanish to them. In Puerto Vallarta, if I spoke Spanish to them they spoke back in Spanish to me but Cancun was different. Palmita inside the resort does have some small groceries. Maybe you can do 3 days of all inclusive and then the rest do your tours and supplement with an out of pocket meal at the resort or food from Palmita. Isla mujeres is also a ferry ride away and the ferry is literally next to the resort. You can spend a day in the island and that's also a great way to experience something outside the hotel that is close. Hope that helps.
I'll be here in a week with my whole family. Thanks for posting this! We are kinda nervous because this is BY FAR the biggest vacation we've ever done. How was getting to and from the airport? (I'm traveling with 2 small kids and baby)
Hi Kevin! How fun!! It will be so much fun! This time around, Adam's Dad rented a car (which we have never done in Mexico before). Not sure if i recommend this option for you. Call the hotel and see if they'll pick you up. We have a timeshare with them and have always used this option in the past. It's about 30 minutes to the hotel. We took a cab leaving the hotel to the airport and it was totally fine. Hope this helps!
@@AnnaDandAdam Just to let you know.....we were not able to get to Cancun. We had bags packed, kids in tow, got a ride to the airport. At the airport, the airlines asked for our 4 month olds passport....we did not have one. We booked our trip before the baby was born. My wife had called the airlines, the resort and we were told only a birth certificate was needed. That works for domestic flights....Mexico is not USA apparently. We had 15 minutes to make a decision and we had to CANCEL everything. My wife cried and cried. She was so upset. We even debated whether to leave our little baby with her parents but we didn't feel right about it. Maybe next year??
@@kevindespain7839 oh no!!! I'm so sorry to hear that. Since we don't have children, we had no idea about the passport requirements. Hopefully you'll get to go again soon 🤞
It was wonderful! Inside felt very safe. We did walk along the beach and felt pretty safe. As always, no matter where you are - check your surroundings. Hope you enjoy your visit!
Starbucks is not part of the all inclusive plan. This is a very nice resort, but my only complaint is that brewed coffee was the only option. To get a cappuccino or latte you have to either buy at Starbucks or find a good server who may have access to a machine behind the buffet bar.
Hey Shauna! We didn't do all-inclusive and usually don't but I know that most of the restaurants on site are included (not Palmita) and certain drinks. Please don't quote us on that, here is the link from the resort :) www.villapalmarcancun.com/explore-the-resort/cancun-all-inclusive-resort

Great walk-through of the resort. There are so many places to enjoy and the pool and beach. Looking forward to seeing more tours.

Hello , great resort! Is it turley all inclusive, I saw prices on the menu
Is the food/coffee in Palmita included with the all inclusive package?
Hi! Had to do some digging on their website but it looks like Palmita purchases are not included in their all inclusive plan. Enjoy your visit!
@@AnnaDandAdam Thanks for checking. Watching the video it definitely didnt look like it. Appreciate it.
I have watched a couple different videos from this resort and notice that no one is in the pool. Is it just really cold?
Yep. It was pretty chilly. The hot tub though, that was 👌👌🤣
Hi! When did you go? Doesn't seem to crowded
Hi!!! We went the first week of December 2021. It was so empty. We are not used to that in Mexico. It was so weird but nice.
HI. How was the hotel? Was it safe?

Hi what does the all inclusive consist of? I know some hotels have limits to their all inclusive
