Hey Ben, the Confederate Notes are 100% REPRODUCTION. I have some of those as well as some original actual Confederate currency. Not worth a ton but you should still make some $$ on them. Great haul and video as usual. Have fun on your trip.
Some people just pull out boxes full of stuff they haven’t seen in years. Or it’s their spouses stuff so they don’t know how to price it. But yeah I prefer when It’s priced.
I'd list that gun high and take offers. Like $200-250. The holster adds a lot of value! I'd look for some neon orange electrical tape to wrap the tip, which a collector could easily remove later.
Not trying to be a Debbie Downer, but I went to the sales last week. Started early like you. Started in Cookeville Tennessee & worked back through Ohio. My first time so expectations were high. However I wasn't a fan bc like 99% of the vendors were antique dealers with dealer prices. It was tough going finding actual yard sales. It was more like the world's longest flea market.
Yeah the majority of people who come to set up at the fields and pop up markets are vendors and dealers. Which you can find deals at like in this video it’s just harder and more competitive. But, a lot of the best garage sales run by normal people are in the little community’s and streets just off route 127. I always follow the yard sale signs leading you off the main route and that where I typically have the best luck.
Nice haul Ben! I was thinking you need to rent or borrow a bigger vehicle when you go to this sale. Congratulations on reaching your 30K subscribers 👏 way overdue. So excited for you! Been overdue. Look forward to your return. Be safe and enjoy your trip.
Thanks! I have access to a bigger truck when I need it. But, usually my car is fine. For This sale though yeah I would have gotten the truck this year if I was going the whole weekend.
Awesome Score!! Looks like a lot of great finds to be had in Cinci. Nothing like that here in AZ lol. Congratulations on Almost 30K Subscribers, long time subscriber here. Your energy and excitement in your videos is infectious. Have a great trip!
Thank you! Cincinnati has a good variety of options for sure. I’ve never been to AZ but would like to try it. Thanks for all the support and the time you’ve spent watching 😁
Thanks for another Great video Ben! Would love to see some video clips of your trip to Connecticut. I have never been up there but I'm sure it's beautiful. Take Care PEACE OUT ✌🙏
I don't know anything about old money, but George the Antique Nomad popped into my head when you picked them up. He is great with antique stuff. You might check him out on TH-cam. I hope that it is alright that I tell you about him...not really sure the correct TH-cam etiquette.
I would have to rent a U-Haul and cruise on down to that long yard sale and fill that puppy up to where it would be hard to shut the door's on the dang thing. Awesome finds you got there and look's like you had a ball.
Great group of items! It does take money to make money though. I don't know that I could pull the trigger on such a large purchase (the jackets) but I would have picked up the gun and be thrilled with that profit! I just bought a set of kids books for $20 and sold them for $120, so I'm getting better! Too bad you're going to miss the sale, your trip must be very important, enjoy your time away!
That Liverpool shirt is from an era when they had some of the greatest players the world has ever seen, Milan Baros and Emile Heskey just 2 examples. I'm not surprised it's worth so much.
My wife and I did Thursday of the World's Longest this year. We started at the top and headed towards Dayton. So many sales! Hard to know where / when to stop. While there weren't too many "home runs" there were a lot of good scores and a wide variety of things. I didn't find as many vintage clothes as I wanted so maybe others like you got to them on the early days! Anyway, love the content you put out and enjoy a break in Connecticut!
Awesome haul Ben.. Love the Lil Wayne t-shirt and the Carlsberg Jersey.. Those Confederate notes were a Cereal Premium that originally came in a book.. They would be worth a little more if you had them in the book.. The haul of Jackets and Nike shorts are 2sweet.. Stay safe homie..👍💕🔥⚾🇺🇸😷
What a haul! It’s mind blowing! Congrats on finding the shorts and jackets! I would definitely sell the vest separately! Have a wonderful time in Connecticut!
Hey RSS, hope you have better luck listing both the cap gun & Confederate $$. The Gun as well as Confederate key words got my listings taken down, sucks but I won't do that again-Great Video!
Haha I have access to a truck if I need it. And if I was doing multiple days once it started I would have got it. But, yeah I might have to get a van soon in general haha
Wow GREAT finds every time I do comps and list items accordingly it always seems like nothing sells as high as the comp…. any suggestions on that and then I give up and bring it down a little bit after a couple weeks LOL
I’d guess reproduction on the notes. I had some of them as a kid…bought similar packs of those at Greenfield Village and Henry Ford Museum in Michigan.
If you still are questioning the confederate currency, Main Street coin in Hyde park will gladly look at them for you and educate you on them. I took some there as well
I don’t know enough about them. I looked up what I could identify and a lot of the stiff didn’t look like it was in good working order. I appreciate any tips you have in case I see some stuff in the future.
Man I just saw some Hally Hansen at the thrift store but unfortunately it was a shirt and not worth that much. I guess it’s the jackets and heavy duty clothing that’s worth good money.
the confederate currency would be similar sizes but not exactly because they were hand cut. check the signatures: they should be the same signatures but with small differences because back in the day they signed each note by hand!
the one thing that raises a red flag from what I could see it the color. all those notes are the same color. if they were actual circulated notes that were put together by a collector they would all have different shades of the original color. Also the fact that those notes are different denominations all together would lead me to believe they're "replicas". If those are real the collection would have to have been taken and stashed sometime during their issue date because (from what I can see) they look at least AU-about uncirculated if not Mint condition.
@@ReadySetResell the early reprints from the 60's were not marked, they were required to start marking them in the late 60's or 70's. @@ReadySetResell That’s not that far! I went yard selling today but everything was already picked through. So I will probably start early like you did next year. I’m glad I came across your video. Bc I’m definitely going to look into reselling also!
Why is nobody important at the sale they should have the decision-makers at the sale and send the idiots away to go run errands people need to learn how to do business what I mean is everytime that you asked about it something they had to call somebody or wait on somebody

You resellers in Cincinnati are killing it ! 👍
Trying too 💪
I don't understand people who set up a garage sale and don't know what they are selling their items for? (confederate currency)
Some people just pull out boxes full of stuff they haven’t seen in years. Or it’s their spouses stuff so they don’t know how to price it. But yeah I prefer when It’s priced.
The HH was a heck of a haul! Congratulations!
Thanks!
Nice buy on those HH Jackets! I just picked up a HH jacket at my local Goodwill last week. Comps look like $60-70. I got it for $2.50. Love it.
I'd list that gun high and take offers. Like $200-250. The holster adds a lot of value! I'd look for some neon orange electrical tape to wrap the tip, which a collector could easily remove later.
Have a great time in Connecticut. We’ll be right here holding down the fort till you get back. Safe Travels.

Ben...you've been a great help whenever I've needed it. Great haul. Hope you have a great trip to Connecticut🕺🕺🕺

That clothing find was nuts man
Thanks man! Can’t wait to see what all you end up finding at the sale! 😎💪
Great bulk finds!
What a great haul! I'm going to miss your videos, but enjoy Connecticut!

This was a great haul! If you have time in Connecticut I hear there are very good Goodwill Bins with lots of LL Bean products to be found.
Good to know 😀 I’m going to try and do some stuff if I can.
Awesome Score!!

Great info. Wish I could go to a little part of the 127 sale. Hope you have a great trip. Thank you for the video.
Thanks! If you ever get a chance to hit the 127 sale defiantly do it. It’s super fun!
How about a video on posting items on ebay etc. How many items you post per day etc. Packaging aswell
Thanks for another Great video Ben! Would love to see some video clips of your trip to Connecticut. I have never been up there but I'm sure it's beautiful. Take Care PEACE OUT ✌🙏
I brought the camera 😉
WOW Ben! Nice scores...thought that the vests were so good, then you mentioned the pRiCe, that's insane!!!! Another great day!

Yeah I’m going to have to either put a tip on it or sell it on another marketplace or collectors group.

Ah that explains it. That’s pretty cool. Thanks for the info 😎
Awesome Ben!
Thanks 😎
Great editing! Really nice. Stepped up your game!
Thanks! Glad you liked it 👍
Awesome score, congrats!!!
Thank you!
That Coke repro tray you picked up, swear I saw four at four different stops today of the exact one
Haha I know right I always see a ton of them. 😆 but I always check for originals just in case.
should bring more with holster if its lone ranger holster more like 225/ the money looks like replicas, but what do I know lol just a educated guess
Yeah I think it should go higher as well. But I figure 150 is a safe estimate to expect. I’ll for sure update once it sells!
I’m sure Rick from Pawn stars can just call his buddy to authenticate the notes😉😩
Brilliant 🤩
😂💯

Thanks! I’m leaning twords selling them separate. I think it should yield more that way. 👍👍
Thanks for the video
I wish I could go to this sale!
It’s so much fun. If you ever get the chance you should go!
Good job Ben 😎❤️✌🏾
Love 127. I set up a booth this year. Did well!
Nice! Did you prefer selling compared to shopping?
@@ReadySetResell I love to sell. The hubby loves to shop.
Not sure how long your be gone. But Harrison has their large community yard sale Sept 11th. Its usually pretty good. But you never know for sure.
Hello 👋 I really love your videos and the way you show me how to grow my EBAY BUSINESS
Awesome, glad I can help you grow!
Previous comment is correct, 100% reprint or reproduction notes... however even as reprints they have value.. sell them in lots of 2 to 4 notes
Great haul. Safe travels.

Good to know. I new to be carful on the cap gun listing. But I didn’t know about confederate I’ll h e to look into that.
Hi Ben, Great scores👍 TFS Stay safe ✌
Thanks!
Another great episode.
Thank you!
Another great video as usual! Just curious what pourable photos studio you do use I’m looking to purchase one. Thank you
FYI "Fight the Future" was the subtitle to the first X-Files movie, so it's a movie promo shirt.
Nice! I didn’t know that. Much appreciated 😎👍
Ben, that was a hella Helly haul.😎
😆😎 💯 best part is he said he thinks he has more and I got his number.
@@ReadySetResell you best get to getting then.😎
LIVERPOOL SHIRT......
Put it back mate😆😆😆😆

I wanna pair of those dry fit extra-large shorts
I’ll have them up when I get back home 👍
Great finds !!
Thanks!
Awwww, it's lil, Lil wayne :)
😆
regarding the nike shorts, I don't get it, as it would make sense to just buy them new in the store. unless there no longer available?
What day did you go? Curious as to how early to hit up 127.
Time to invest in a bigger car maybe? Nice pick-ups, Ben!

That 300 rc stuff, was a buy....that one gas car was 500 alone
I don’t know enough about them. I looked up what I could identify and a lot of the stiff didn’t look like it was in good working order. I appreciate any tips you have in case I see some stuff in the future.
Nice work Ben! I would sell the HH Vests separately for sure. Are those Nike shorts lined?
Yes the shorts are the lined ones. And yeah I think that’s what I’m leaning twords with the jackets and vests. Hopefully it works out 👍
Man I just saw some Hally Hansen at the thrift store but unfortunately it was a shirt and not worth that much. I guess it’s the jackets and heavy duty clothing that’s worth good money.
Yeah I haven’t done anything with light shirts. But I the snow pants and stuff I have sold did well.
Great video!
Thank you!

They are reproductions, they should be marked across the bottom as copys or reproductions. You can frame sets as decorations and make a little more.
I didnt see that printed on them. I’ll take a better look when I get back. But, yeah either way I don’t think they are authentic.

You can get more than $30 for the x files VTG tshirt
How much do you think? And where do you see comps for more? You’ve got me intrigued!
I am from michigan does the big sales start tomorrow?
It started today Thursday and goes through Sunday. With more people setting up each day.
@@ReadySetResell sounds great, thanks for the info i absolutely love your videos i watch all of them keep up the great content!!
Not too shabby!! LOL
💯
Without the "permanent" orange tip on the cap gun what do you use to be able to list it on ebay?
The second comp looks like one is just pushed on. He could buy one from the dollar store and put it on for the sale.
Yeah I’ll probably either buy a tip for it and put it on. Or sell it as is via another marketplace or collectors group.
