Arca DJ Set Live at Ibiza C2C Festival X Fundación Marcelo Burlon September 27th 21

"During the pandemic, C2C Festival has launched the digital project C0C “The Festival As A Performance”. C0C is the answer to the chaos of these uncertain times, a statement on creativity and shared art as a community’s true heritage, a glimpse into culture in times of uncertainty, and an effort on the meaning of spectacular absence. In continuity with C0C, on September 27th, C2C Festival and Fondazione Marcelo Burlon will broadcast a unique artistic project filmed in Ibiza under the direction of London- based digital AV mastermind and long-term Aphex Twin visual collaborator, Weirdcore. Curated by Venezuelan experimental artist, singer, performer and composer, Arca, offers a transdisciplinary euphoric performance alongside guest performances from Physical Therapy and Total Freedom, which reflect an investigation into avantgarde, and new pop pursued by the C2C Festival; always under the banner of cultural independence. The film is the aftereffect of a live immersive music experience that took place on July 15th at one of the Foundation venues, Burlon’s private villa in Ibiza surrounded by installations, sculptures, and artworks. The ticket price will be symbolic and the proceeds will be donated to Casa Marcella, a temporary shelter for trans and non-binary people who are victims of discrimination and violence. Casa Marcella is a project dedicated to the memory of the activist and trans politician, Marcella Di Folco."
