I fold my clothes the konmari method way. It does take longer but worth it in the end! I know what you mean about the hair! I’m surprised i still have hair on my head 😂😂😂

Hi Alexandra, always loving your videos. We are a family of four. My hubby works in suit and tie every day and I work from home but need to be presentable from the waist up :) and 2 kids in school so it is a lot of laundry and it was driving me mad until I came with a plan. On Tuesdays I do sheets and bedding. On Wednesday I do 1 load kids 1 load adults on Thursdays I do towels and rags and sport clothing and on Sundays I do another load of adult and kids. This way my hamper is never filled to the brim I know exactly what to expect and I don't have to be tied up folding for hours. It is working for me for the last year.!

I started folding my kids clothes KonMari styled before I knew it was a thing. Then I saw on TH-cam last year that it was a thing and I started folding everything like that. Game changer! My husband works out a lot and runs a lot. And living in Sweden where the weather changes so fast he needs a ton of diffrent running clothes that just don't stay organized, until now!!

I use this detergent. I get it from sams. I have 4 kids under the age of 9 and I don’t have to use stain remover. This stuff really gets the stains out and cleans really good.

I am likely the odd ball, but I really enjoy doing laundry! I do fold the Konmari method for most items, for my son who is 5 I actually found a way to fold that makes it into a little package, so that when he is pulling clothes out of his drawers and drop them on the ground,they do not undo which is amazing to keeping things more neat.

I love folding the Konmari method. Every thing stays so clean. Even my kids drawers. We are a family of four and I do one load of laundry every day. Also the hair yes! My hair is super long but it’s my daughters long blonde hair that I find in everyone’s clothes! Love your laundry routine. ❤️

Love your videos! And I use the Konmari method, it’s awesome. One tip for getting hair off your clothes and bathroom rugs is to use a lint roller (the sticky paper kind) before you wash them. It’s kind of time consuming but it is worth it. I have the same problem so I understand! ♥️

In our house we always rack up on persil, gain, and tide. I have a whole shelf full of cleaning products . that way if i want a different smell or fragrance put around the house i have options. But you have to really know how to coupon and budget. I try to get what is on sale. 💖💖💖💖 thanks for the videos. And i love your kitchen

Monday is laundry day for me, so lots of loads and folding but then it's done for the week! And I do use the Konmari method for everything now. Takes an extra minute but I have loved it so far!
I used to do all the laundry on the weekends but the past month or so I've been washing everyday or every other day. It's so much better for us because I don't have to worry about having to put away a large pile of laundry. Same with dishes.

I started folding my daughters and my clothes using the Konmari method after watching your video. I love it, it is so worth the extra time (even though folding clothes is my least favorite task). Where did you get your pink cardigan? I love it!!! :)

I wash three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. I have one laundry basket for our family of 4 and I hate seeing it piled up. Lol. I fold and put away as I go, I just can’t relax if I don’t have it put away:)

Ok so yea I 💖 doing laundry! That includes folding as well. Im constantly doing laundry as soon as I get a load and that’s easy to do since there’s 8 people in the household at the moment. As for drying, the clothes have to be warm or hot before I fold them no matter what. I’m obsessed with cotton linen smells as well as floral scents too

Hello! Yes I just did a couple of days of laundry because I threw my back out. Usually I wash every other day. When I was folding I was saying the same thing, where does all this hair come from.....I wash towels alone, color clothes alone, delicate alone, hang dry clothes alone, my dogs bedding alone and cleaning towels alone. I do fold konmari but not as neat as you but I’m working on it. Thanks for sharing!🌸🌞❤️

I actually do laundry in the weekend. As a single I have to accumulate enough laundry for a load.
I fold the Konmari way on my bed. I use a piece of cardboard when folding sweaters and shirts. That way everything is the same size. You can cut the cardboard to a size of your liking. Mine is half of my shelve, that way I can make 2 piles of shirts next to eachother.

I am so impressed that you have kept with the konmari method with your tshirts.. I always say I will be good and within a week it is chaos again!!! I used Persin in the past and was very happy then it stopped appearing on the supermarkets shelves! I will have to look for it again!!

I am always on top of my house hold laundry - my husband has never touched our new washer lol to complicated. I don't have a day that I do it, i just do it as it accumulates. What ever I don't hang I fold KONMARIE style :) its such a game changer to keep your space organized and makes choosing an outfit so easy. I also have two of the black hamper you have...AMAZON lol I love them. One for me and one for my husband. I also roll my towels that is the best way and I have a wide basket just for gathering all my clean cloths to carry them to the proper area :)

When I do a load during the work week, I tend to forget about it, but when I do laundry over the weekend it gets done in one day! I recently folded most of my folded clothes using the Konmari method and it manages to keep everything nice and neat in the drawers. I organize the folded laundry in the basket according to what drawers/bins/shelves they go in.

I only do laundry on the weekends/evenings for when hydro is in it's off peak so usually weekends with the exception on cloth diapers that get done every 3-4days. Pretty much all our clothing gets hung up so no need to worry about folding

I don't have a way to stop from getting hair all over your clothes but my mom always laid a dryer sheet from the load out when she was folding (and pulling hair off the clothes). You can collect the hair on the dryer sheet, it sticks pretty well, and then just toss the dryer sheet!

I would like to say that I keep up on the laundry but sometimes it just doesn’t happen. I also fold konmari and have my husband help as well it makes such a difference. Also my hair is everywhere, it even makes its way into socks and such.

I fold the konmari way! I looove it! I also wait until the weekend to do all of our laundry. I have trouble keeping up with laundry if I do it throughout the week. It'll just sit in the dryer for days! And I like to start my week out with my full selection of clothes, since they're all clean from washing during the weekend!

Definitely fun to watch! Motivational aswell lol. Now I definitely can relate to the hair situation on clothes. I have vision problems and I unfortunately miss it at times as I fold. But my husband tells me he's constantly pulling hair off his clothes. He's always like "i don't understand how you loose so much hair" lol.. I know one cause is washing your hair with hot water causes hair shed lol. I for one notice the difference when I wash with colder water than hot. But boy I love taking hot showers. It be looking like a steam room. So I'm guilty of not following through with that lol.. but I'm keeping an eye out on comments aswell for more advice on the clothes situation. You're not alone love, you're not alone!
Also, I leave laundry all for one shot🙄😞 my son yesterday was like, mommy um we haven't done laundry in awhile. I'm like I know love. I did 3 loads b4 leaving to work. N I left him in charge of finishing up their (thr youngest and himself) laundry while I left to work. (They're with grandma at the house) let's see how this works 🙏🤞

I do the konmari method with my kids clothes, it’s helps my husband see what they have when he helps me dress them. Or else it’ll just be a huge mess. I’ve noticed he likes using the things I don’t really dress them in and miss matches them. I love it. ♥️

I usually do my laundry in a couple loads at the laundry mat. I separate my laundry into loads of towels, bedsheets, whites, darks, lights & bath mats.
I am not the first person, but my amazing boyfriend is. He does all the laundry every Thursday night. Washes, folds, and puts away. I'm so lucky! I did buy us a 2 part hamper so there's no sorting in the beginning.

Mornin girl!!🌸🌺 To answer your questions...Currently I use a laundromat facility to do my laundry, so I get to do multiple loads simultaneously; and because I have to travel outside my home, I only make a trip once a week. But honestly, when I have machines of my own, I’ll be that one washing ‘something’ every other day😇😅
With folding clothes though, it’s weird. I use the kon mari/army rolling methods on my clothes. The rolling method (like you did with your towels) works faster for me and in my experience, saves as much space as kon mari. I’m a fan of both!!💕
My poor hubby, bless his heart, tries to help me folding and he struggles still with the methods. Gotta love them for pitching in though!😉
We used to do our laundry at a laundromat when we lived in SF and even though hauling it is sooo much work it's also really nice to get it all done at the same time! Always look forward to hearing from you Tiarra! 🤗🌸💕

I’ve tried that folding method and the drawers end up a mess after one day🤷♀️, but I’ve recently found your channel and I love all your videos! Is this detergent good for sensitive skin? I really don’t care for what we use now, but other ones I’ve tried have made my husband break out, so I’m looking for something better. Oh and I do laundry literally every other day, sometimes once a day depending on what my daughters have worn that day. I can’t stand it piling up because then I’m stuck doing it all day once a week and I hate that.
I use the konmarie method to fold also! A bit time consuming but totally worth it! 😊

Hi new sub here!!! Love all this motivation! Laundry is one of my fav house chores!!! It’s almost like art! 😂😂 I fold my husbands and my clothes kon Mari method and kids get there’s folded regular because I keep their clothes in fabric baskets on shelves!

If you deep clean inside of your dryer, you may see that there's actually more than one lint trap. Some dryers have an internal lint trap and when it clogs the hair will fall back in with your clothes. Others that don't have a second lint trap will just have a ton a fuzz in the bottom. So that could be the issue with the crazy amount of hair. Hope that helps. The only other thing I can suggest is brushing your hair before and after bed and before and after showering 🤷🏻♀️

I love Persil. Not the price but Im very picky with how my laundry must smell so I will stick with Persil, lol. Also, I probably wont have everything “konmaried” but Im in the process of literally redoing all the clothes in my house. Its a mad house. And yes, Im one of the procrastinators and then end up doing 5 loads in a day 🙈😂

Lots of baskets for sure! Yes we iron when needed. I used to do it before hanging but honestly it would take hours so I'd much rather just do it when we need to! 🤗🌸💕
