    Thank you for taking the time to teach your skill. Real pros are hard to come by.
    Question? Why do you not back roll after applying the sealer or paint via spray gun? I'm not challenging you, I just want to learn as I just thought it was necessary. Would love to save myself the time if it's not needed. Thank you sir!

      There is no added value if you back roll the surface that has been previously painted. (with very rare exceptions).
      The back rolling is usually needed if you are painting stucco surface for the very first time.
      In the link below we are painting stucco that has not been painted before and we are spraying and back rolling. For unpainted stucco back rolling will create a nicer finish then just using a sprayer by itself.

    Looks good. When spraying stucco walls and stucco trim in a different color do you first spray the walls and then mask off and paint the trim?

    • @ABNPainting
      @ABNPainting  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes. If we need to paint all the trim different color most likely we would spray the body first and then mask it off and spray the trim.
      A typical house in Phoenix would have body and inner part of the trim painted the same color, and only trim fascia an accent color. In that case we paint trim fascia by using a brush and mini roller and don't have to worry about masking the walls.

    Thank you for the video. I can’t seem to find the permanent patch product. Is there another one you could recommend? Thanks again.

      101 patch is sold at any Dunn Edwards paint store. if you live in the state with no Dunn Edwards paint sore, I don't know what product to recommend because i never used any other patch. Sorry.

    Hi, what brand do you use for tape, and what color is best for rough stucco?

    • @ABNPainting
      @ABNPainting  10 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      here is the link to the tape we use. We use it not only for stucco but for just about all exterior masking. It has 3 days clean removal when it is not super hot and works great for everything.

    How do you price a job?

    • @ABNPainting
      @ABNPainting  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      usually i come out to look at the house a give a price based on: sf, amount of prep and repairs needed to be done prior to painting, condition of existing paint and a few other less important factors.
