He was tenacious on defense, constantly working through and around screens and breaking up plays. Oh yeah, also a strong passer and few TOs.

You realize sitting on the bench at the start of this game was Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Charles Barkley, Clyde Drexeler, John Stockton, Scottie Pippen and Patrick Ewing? That is one helluva bench
Pippen and Barkley had a fist fight after the game where three people lost their lives, including four who were hospitalised in critical condition. Two of those people were announced dead shortly after.

They never did! They knew from the grtgo that all they needed to do is use their Superior knowledge of the game, and slowly chip away at all the mistakes and flaws from any opposing team. They always scored 100+ points. That alone is difficult for most teams.
