Your beauty and honesty has kept me a follower for so long. You are just refreshing and insightful. As a minimalist family of five for six- seven years, I'm still able to learn so much from you! Have a great weekend.
Loved this video Kyra! Thank you for always being yourself with us, yes please do a video on why you no longer accept any sponsorships or free items, I think it would be a great topic!
Kyra, first things first. You look absolutely stunning. Like a cute teenager..girl you are glowing. Great video as always. Love to see your anti haul videos. I have seen your old anti haul videos Like a million times. Thank you fir the tips. You rock girl😊
I’m slowly decluttering my wardrobe, as I recently had a baby and , inevitably, my body changed. I’m also trying to simplify my skincare routine and use very minimal make up
I have one too, it’s really good, especially as I have problems with my gums. I just have a cheap one from Amazon and it serves me really well, I have it for over two years now 😊
Also I used to have lots of acne. It went away after many years of barely washing my face, hardly ever scrubbing it. Only only using rose water and jojoba
I understand you very well, Kyra. Me also on the very tight budget, since I lost my job at the end of October. I'd try to learn from you more sustainable and frugal habits from you! Thank you very much
You are looking wonderful Kyra ❤❤❤ love that sweater on you! High heels are a pain, I have stopped wearing them a couple of years ago. I am only five two but I can only wear flats now!
I just want to say thank you for your videos anytime I want to purchase something I don’t need I can watch your videos. It’s very inspiring and it keeps me grounded and focus on my goals. So thank you!, ❤
I highly recommend castor oil, I use the now brand. You need a little bit, it makes my hair so soft at the ends. You can use it frequently with a tiny amount or use more and leave it in a braid for a few days like a mask.
for the collagen supplement, it’s good protein/ essential amino acids, whether it really translates to collagen production remains to be seen, but it’s still good protein
Stop apologizing!! The sound is fine. The sun is a beautiful light. And the bouncing light in and out and the flutter of the trees outside your window makes this video very pretty. No need for sorry’s. Natural filming is better than fake studio sound and light.
Funny thing is when I don’t apologize or bring it up there’s always people in the comment section waiting to complain 😩 about it. I prefer natural light as well 🤍
@@Living.minimalso sad. People can be so high maintenance and ornery. I meant to also add, I didn’t mean to sound aggressive. LOL I’m just trying to convey that you are finnnnnnnnnne. The lighting is so beautiful. The bouncy in and out light makes me want to be there in the room to see the view out your window and watch the wind. 🙂
But cheeks on your chest! And now that you told me this, I know I’ll see it everywhere 🤣. I feel your pain regarding being top heavy! I am a size 4 and wear a DD bra size🙁. I am very conservative too and cover-up! I hate when people ask if I had a boob job or tell me that I should feel lucky! I would LOVE to wear cute summer dresses, but a lot of them will reveal too much! Anyhow, thanks for another video, Kyra!❤️
I’m curious what your curtain body care skin care is I’m trying to minimize my toiletries/body care/ skin care but that’s where I have the most trouble and I fell into that consumerism beauty care side of things I really would love to down size it I’ve made so much progress! ❤️

Kyra what would you bring/pack on a one week vacation? I will be traveling to Texas it’s going to take a day or two cause we’re driving, but just curious how you you pack for a long trip and it’s for a family emergency so it’s not by choice cause I am definitely not ready financially for a vacation or long trip like this. Thank you Kyra for all you do!!! ❤
My husband is environmental and chemical engineer. He says it is in everything and has been for a very long time. It is in the soil water food literally everywhere. Our clothing and everyday items that we use. Pretty scary
I own one (7 years so far) but.. My dentist always said that water flossing does not replace regular flossing so I do both just to be on the safe side.
Thank you Katherine, I wish I could link the sweater unfortunately its almost years 8 years old so I can't find the link anymore and unsure if they still sell this exact sweater.
Great video! It’s a nice break from seeing other TH-camrs do a whole house long declutter with everything sped up. Like the sitting down and chatting version! And why you’re getting rid of it :) And lol at you talking about cleavage looking like buttcheeks 😅😅 And yes please talk about why you don’t do sponsorships Great job, I really enjoyed this video. it helped me relax!
Hi Kyra, I wanted to know if you could respond with a link to the unpaper towel roll that you have. I just moved out of my parents’ place and want to get sustainable alternatives to mainstream disposables. The ones I’ve found on Amazon rollback onto a paper roll. Is that normal? It seems like that would wear out overtime and I like things that I can clean. I can’t clean paper!!!! Thanks!!
Oh great, I have Glide and now I have to find another I like, I didn’t know about this issue, thanks Kyra for talking about this Also many dermatologist say collagen doesn’t do any good in pill form
Kyra! I know you're saving money, buy my dentist recommended me a water flosser, and it's life-changing! You don't have to worry about harmful ingredients, it's great for sensitive gums, and you don't have to constantly buy floss. The device itself lasts for a looong time, and you only have to change the tips which will last depending on the model and use, mine are supposed to be changed every 6 months. They sell the tips in packages and are color-coded so you can share the device with family members and the only thing you change is the tip depending on the person who uses it. So, you don't have to worry about it for a year or two depending on the amount of people who use the flosser. I think it's a reusable item you'd like! P.S. I realized the comment sounds like a commercial, but I just really liked it, my gums used to suffer with regular floss.
I may be wrong but if I remember correctly from a video she did in the past, she does also use a water flosser along with flossing too. I agree with you, highly recommend a water flosser - I hate regular flossing and never used to do it (blame it on having braces as a teen) but love using the water flosser, so much easier!
Love this so much. I have smaller breasts but can totally relate to the feeling of not wanting to show cleavage. I'm working at only buying the minimal essentials this year, including bills and food. It's becoming a fun game/challenge to see how much I can cut out, go without and save. Feels so good! And is a good reminder that we don't really need much ✨
I have owned my water pik for the past 7 years unfortunately my dentist had told me so many times that water piks are great but not a replacement for regular flossing. So I do both every morning and night, just to be on the safe side.
I fell for the collagen protein gummies scam too. They did absolutely nothing for me. I don't think you can absorb collagen through your stomach. 😛 Hair oil and aloe last forever! 🪔♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
I had huge breast. Because it was causing back pain I was able to have a breast reduction and my insurance covered it. Best thing I ever did. All love ❤️
Ahh this would be a dream come true for me. Unfortunately my insurance does not cover breast reductions at this time plus my doctor had told me if I was to move my body move and cut back on the sweets she's sure that my breast would go down in size. If they do not then I would have to put a case against my insurance with my doctor and tell them that my size of breast are causing pain and I'm unable to loose the fat with diet and exercise. My sister is going through this exact same thing right now, they have her on a trail of exercise and diet change to see if that will help with breast fat loss, if not then the insurance will cover her reduction once the trial is over next year. Insurances are so tricky 😫
@@Living.minimal went through the same thing. You can lose weight, but because of the size of my breast it didn’t change anything. Stick to that and your insurance will cover it. All ❤️
I like how real you are, telling us what things didn't work out for you and felt like a waste of money. But don't feel badly about it. Everyone buys things they regret buying. Sometimes due to sheer impulse, like buying a designer bag when the rent is due. Sometimes it's a good purchase that ended being bad for you like the collagen gummies. No way to know you'd have a bad reaction to them. Butt cheeks on the chest! LOL It's true though. Years I read an article about attraction that said something to the effect that human females evolved to having prominent breasts 24/7 while other mammals only had anything to show mammary-wise was while nursing their young, was to mimic the buttocks in a way since the buttocks were like the initial point of attraction to prehistoric males because most mammals mate with the male behind the female. I'm not sure if I remember correctly, but there you go. lol
Great video, and i have too big breasts too. And often shirts and tops dont look good. Its not putting ourselves down, its called beeing realistic. That said when we find our perfect fit its the best feeling 😅
How is it that even changing your face cleanser can cause you acne? (and my skin is not that sensitive as far as I know)… I am asking towards wider population.I also don't feel super comfortable when I change my mind about something that I bought just a couple of years ago, tend to feel guilty because 2 years is really not that long… it is easier to let go of things you know have been with you for 5 years or longer and just run its course.
Well I have acne prone skin/sensitive skin and when you have this skin type you know right away when something is causing a reaction. Be lucky that you have regular skin, it's truly a blessing in disguise. I suppose everyone's sense of time is different for me 2 years is a long time especially when it comes to keeping items I don't plan on using and perhaps someone else could get better use out of that item instead of it sitting around in my house collecting dust.
Thank you so much, my weight fluctuates alot these days. One month I will loose 10 pounds and the next month I will gain 12 pounds. I’m hoping to get rechecked for PCOS this year to see if that’s one of the causes.
I'm really suffering for backpain and doing general works because of my big breast. So please if you find anything helpful to reduce breast fat & make em smaller let us know. It'll be really helpful. Thank you & may god bring peace to your heart❤
