It's not dirt to be removed, it is caramelized fat and meat juices, packed with flavour. You want to scrape it off the pan with stock and/or veggies, which will absorb the fond's flavour. Also I believe fond is french for bottom because you find it at the bottom of the pot.

Sure, it would be possible to do the RGB setup like you describe, but it looks like (to me anyway) that they tried to make it look like they really are just fluorescent bulbs.

I won an amateur chess championship listening to this song. At the time I was about 17 or 18 years old and I felt like I was in a movie, especially because it was blitz, that is, fast chess, as each player had little time on the clock. There were so many people watching and it was magical to see the smiles of all those cheering for me, jumping with joy, when I delivered the checkmate. One of my coolest memories.

I won’t say the name of the company, but I work at a decent steakhouse in Arizona. It sadly doesn’t play as often anymore if at all since corporate updated the playlist.
+Rhys Anderson I'm an electrician and these are most definately halogen. Usually when a lamp's ballast fails, it emits a tinted pinkish light. This is due to the ballast not being able to give out enough current to power the tube. The tint could range anywhere from white, purple, green, blue, etc. The contactors on the right seem to control which 'failed ballast emulator' goes to the tube (which is why there are so many wires). It must have taken forever to understand how to control the bulbs like that!
In case you haven't found out yet, it's tubes (either some sort of plastic, acrylic or plexiglass, OR actual fluorescent lighting tubes) with individually addressable RGB LEDs inside. You hook up the LEDs to a microcontroller (like an Arduino or Raspberry Pi) amd program them to light up in cool ways. There are plenty of resources online that show how to program such things, as well as programs already written and ready for download. p.s. dont go opening actual fluorescent lights, they have mercury vapor inside, which is, of course, extremely bad for your health

+Rhys Anderson I'm an electrician and these are most definately halogen. Usually when a lamp's ballast fails, it emits a tinted pinkish light. This is due to the ballast not being able to give out enough current to power the tube. The tint could range anywhere from white, purple, green, blue, etc. The contactors on the right seem to control which 'failed ballast emulator' goes to the tube (which is why there are so many wires).
It must have taken forever to understand how to control the bulbs like that!

Anyone know how to make a light setup like this?
In case you haven't found out yet, it's tubes (either some sort of plastic, acrylic or plexiglass, OR actual fluorescent lighting tubes) with individually addressable RGB LEDs inside. You hook up the LEDs to a microcontroller (like an Arduino or Raspberry Pi) amd program them to light up in cool ways. There are plenty of resources online that show how to program such things, as well as programs already written and ready for download.
p.s. dont go opening actual fluorescent lights, they have mercury vapor inside, which is, of course, extremely bad for your health
