Interesting - I had a lot of other B-Eye problems but never that one. For taking the lens ring off, you can just turn the fixture on, hold the tilt from moving, and it will pop the lens off itself - which prevents accidental damage to the zoom screws.

Did you Know about the Board error when the zoom isn´t work? So the solution is cleaning contacts somebody told me. You hear about it? Can you show it which contact need to clean ?
The mechanic is running but the Board give some error out and then the zoom is sounding like a hazet and stop the function.

Wow I didn't think the b eyes optical assembly was that simple thought it was a driver then lends no like an extra light pipe then each one you gotta worry about the diffuser and if it's clean or no a bit annoying

"Fairly cheap" for Clay Paky probably means those little pieces of plastic or over $100 a piece. I mean I'm sure they pay like less than a dollar for them, but Clay Paky is all about 2000% markup. After all, everyone knows if it's really expensive it must be good right? At least that's what the dumb fucking even lighting industry people think, everyone else knows better.
