- I go over NCLEX practice questions and how to appropriately answer the. I cover a mixed array of topics important to know for success on major exams such as the NCLEX test, ATI and HESI. In addition to explaining the rationale for the correct answers, I also explain why wrong answer choices should be eliminated.

Thank you for this video this video was very helpful. For the question with the internal radium implant I thought it is essential to wear lead lined apron when dealing with clients undergoing brachytherapy. I’ll look more into the question next time; I’m beginning to think more critically when looking at your videos!

@@NexusNursing it’s funny how I came across this topic actually while reviewing “provision of a safe environment” in my Saunders book a few weeks back and remembered reviewing radiation therapy and ways to reduce exposure. Wearing a lead apron was a priority intervention but looking into option 3 I realized it’s more essential because we need to limit the time spent near the source to reduce exposure to the source of radiation right?

For the last question, wouldn’t it be 5 things where pain could you kill a patient? My 4th answer I thought of when you asked the question was labor. Women die during childbirth sometimes, could it be because of pain? Or not really?
