I am gonna say this for all Newbies out there Most of the time, slow lasts longer than freeze But if you have a unit that attacks fast enough after a freeze to freeze again, you can stop the enemy completely (this usually requires multiple of the same unit on the field tho) A popular example of this is Bombercat against Black enemies Bombercat has a guarantee chance to freeze enemies Have 2 of them that are de-synced on the field (basically not attacking at the same time) on the field and the Black enemy that's in front will never move *EVER*

Yep. But as the game got later, less and less units were given the ability. All Camelle Variants have Base Destroyer whereas only the Traitless Kory has it.

I'm so glad someone's making a video of all of this. I didn't realize until after EoC 3 that freeze doesn't affect TBA, and I didn't know that slow set the enemy speed to 0.5 instead of 0 until after ITF 3 (maybe even far into CotC 1)

I just had a random thought...so if Ponos made a mini surge ability I feel like they should give that talent to little flying because the attack animation looks like a mini surge anyway. I would think the mini surge would work like a mini wave would but instead of 20% it's like 35%
When it comes to survive lethal strike, i always thought as the health is coded from lets say 200/200hp to metal 1/1hp like you know if you use professor cats job, weaken then it will take less than one dmg like doge that can survive his attacks
I have a question @chillhola. What if you have massive damage (like my Amaterasu) against the metal enemy trait. Would that change the output? Or would it still be 1 damage
I'd like you to include the Rusher attack type thing idk the units that can attack immediately after getting KB'd but can't move if their attack isn't ready such as A. Bahamut, Bullet Train etc etc
Nah, it doesn't work like that. Rusher units 99% of TBA consist of backswing, so that's why they aren't moving, but moves immediately after being KB'ed.
I think the target only can be quite useful un some units, like Backhoe cat that only attacks metal and do critics, this could work on boss stages and stuff (of course its counter are the croconator & metal doge spam but oh well)
I swear, there was an ability that's no longer in the game. I got an uner rare cat unit that was immune to that shockwave thing that knocks back all cat units when the boss appears from the base, and I want to know what that ability is. I swear it wasn't a drean or anything, because I fr had the Battle Cats app like, 3-5 years ago. Please reply to me if you can help me figure out what it was called, or if you can even find it.

How to understand abilities: hold your finger on the ability and an icon will appear revealing information on said ability. Still a great video tho

It'd be 3 or 4 damage per hit depending on how much treasure you have
nah metals always take 1 damage but still she doesnt hit that fast so just bring criticals
