    I think the great smoky mountains are the most visited because there are not many parks in the east vs the west, I been in the west and no way the great smoky match the beauty of yellowstone, yosemite, sequia, king canyon, etc. I been there too.

      That and population density, not to mention ease of access. I think that's why Yosemite Valley is so dense with visitors.

      I live in Tennessee and have lived in Colorado, I agree the mountains there are far more majestic....and there are far too many people here stang20877
