No, mine works very well after two years mowing. It’s never had any issues. The only time my mower will stall is if the grass is too tall and it blocks the sensor or something, the clogged grass underneath and I just roll the mower backwards and forwards and it starts right back up. What’s yours doing?
The fun days! 😂🤙Great mower as well! Here is an update for anyone! I’m now pushing both my properties with it 1.1 acres! Because my rider broke down. Figured I’ll put this little Kobalt to the test! It will ware you out mowing an acre but it bags the grass and does well. My grass is growing in so good this year sense I bought it. I think the unbadged grass was the issue making my grass less green and thinner last year, with dirt spots to. Because the sun was not getting to the full areas for grass to be thick! So more work than a rider but it is way better results! I have all dirt spots growing grass now and the yard is luscious just from mowing with the bagger and watering the dirt with garden hose for a few weeks. Crazy no raking either! Of course you could use a bagger on a rider as well but that’s a fancier future video. I’ll use the push for now!🤣
Yeah, that should be fine. It’s supposedly able to mow yards up to an acre, roughly about an hour of run time but if the grass is tall, it will not do no acre but a quarter, I think he will be just fine!

looks like its worth it i'm about to buy one but i wanted to see it mow tall grass will it work for 1/4 acre?

Yeah, it does a pretty darn good job cutting for a battery powered! Pretty strong and It spins faster on thick tall grass but uses more power also
