I believe it is okay. The liter of water just helps the radiologist easily recognize the anatomy. I'm sure the one cup helped. Even if a patient did not have water... I believe it's still visible.
Doc order a CT of abdomen with pancreatic protocol. Apparently I'm to take oral contrast and they will do IV contrast as well. Is this normal to take oral contrast for this? Will it allow for good visualization of pancreas?
Some doctors like to have patients drink PO and others like just water. PO won't obscure the pancreas it'll just mainly highlight the intestines. Make sure to stay hydrated before and after the exam!! Best of luck!
I don't think we can delete a volume from it. It can be used to make new ones. The only way to delete it is to delete the entire thing from the RAW data side, but that means that file will be deleted forever. Meaning there's no way to retrieve it to make future post processing.

Thanks for your video. Could you explain the concept of "wait" "start pos" "End pos"? thanks
You're welcome. I'm not clear on what you mean but let me look into it more. Is it in this video?
Hi! Very amazing your tips, make a video talking about small focus and large focus in different studies.
I work on an 80-channel Canon CT scanner.
The rule is to try your best to stay in the small focal spot as much a possible. It's not always possible.
Can you please do a video about the flow of contrast (from AC site to the bladder)? Thank you.
I will try. Thank you for the specific request.
thank you maam very nice video. Do you have interventional walk through by any chance? Thanks
Interventional walk through? As in Intervention radiology information?
@@RADKhammany yes such spinal injection😊
Im not too familiar with IR procedures
Can you help me by giving me educational resources(books.pdf.etc)talks about scan delay after injection for each scan
They only gave me a cup of water to drink prior to my pancreas CT, not a liter like you mentioned in the video. Did that ruin my scan?

I'm familiar with the 320 slice scanner. What's your question though?
