Sometimes, OKC appears as apical periodontitis, sometimes as a dentigerous cyst, and sometimes as an unicystic ameloblastoma. Radiographic features may bring us to the correct diagnosis, particularly when the cyst is large. Histopathological exams are better for small lesions.
