So this channel has gotten me to try whiskey again. I never knew the true joys of sipping whiskey. I've only done shots or mixed drinks. Following on your video recommending whiskeys for beginners I went out and got a bottle of Buffalo Trail and I gotta say I love it and the flavor is great to me. Thank you guys and I enjoy all of your channels.

I have to say... the new graphics, the Bunghole, the flying through space... it is very “Jump The Shark” territory. Dial it back. You guys are brilliant, stick to your formula that works.

So I was in your whiskey marketing website and stumbled across your image that’s a beard, monocle and top hat. I had to screen shot it and send it to my wife and my brothers. When I was 20 years old I got almost the same exact symbol tattooed on my chest after doodling it on vacation. The tattoo artist named it “the dapper lumberjack”

I live in Frederick, MD and recently stopped by the distillery downtown (which is actually a very walkable, classic downtown) and picked up a bottle of Bootjack and Matchstick. I’m not typically a rye or scotch guy, but I find the Bootjack to be pretty good. It’s got a nice vanilla/caramel note and not too thin for the age.
Iron Smoke has been my wife's (and mine, if I'm honest) favorite whiskey for a few years now. (Both of us are Western NY natives.) Can't say we've ever had something from them that wasn't great, and the cask strength is wonderful!

Hey fellas! First let me start by saying that I love your channel! Y’all do a fantastic job with all that you do. With that being said, I have an idea. Starting with the first video in January ‘20, you should start Infinity Bottles for the Vault channel! This sounds crazy, but hear me out you MB’s! Starting in the new year and the new vault, get the large glass water jugs and lids/corks for them. After every review, dump a nosing pour into the jug that matches that whisk(e)y. For example, after reviewing an Ardbeg, dump some into the islay jug. If you review a Whistle Pig, dump a pour into the bourbon jug. So on and so forth. You could even have a pre-marked Glencairyn or something else to make sure each pour is equal. Then choose a set interval (first review of the month, once a year....what I think would be best is the first review following sober week!) At the set interval, review the jugs! Keep a running list of what’s in there and see how they change through the year. Start over each year. You could also have a “suicide” infinity jug and pour some of each jug into one communal jug at the end of the year and review it. When the year is up, bottle the jugs and auction them off for charity or whatever you want to use them for! Thanks again! Can’t wait to see what y’all think of this. Great job fellas! KUNG FU!
Have any of you used the Neat glass over the glen? I just got some for my birthday and it’s almost impossible to pull me away from the glen but I am struggling with my loyalty. The Neat glass almost makes it too easy. Even cask strength shows no fight in the neat. I don’t like the nose as much, but the palate, pretty impressive.

Jameson "Bailbreakers" caskmates has to be reviewed by distinguished taste buds. To me its just absolutely delicious! But i am fairly new to this and can barely pick out some flavors. I would love to know what you guys think about it. They share casks with a brewery from yakima valley. If you dont know about yakima valley and hops look it up, its pretty historic. Beer would not be the same without this region.
Have you guys reviewed ASW Duality? Half smokey single malt barley, half single malt rye, it’s the first true marriage of scotch & bourbon. Double Gold winner at SF spirits comp. It’s a brilliant whiskey, you guys gotta try it!
Hi, great video. About the Lossit whisky, is there a batch number you can find on that bottle? If so, can you tell me in the comment box? I tried the other Lossit bottling and it is all bourbon cask expression and does not have the reddish color as you showed in the video. Perhaps the bottling you have is a special batch or the magnificent bastard actually switch out the content for you guys?
