Utilized space so smartly which made this small 450sq ft plot a luxurious elegant minimalist designed 3bhk bunglow with ample parking, sitout and balcony area. I am looking forward to do the same magic with 900sq ft corner plot area with front and right side open to cross roads. (Approx Width 20ft and length 45ft) within 40lakhs project plus interior budget. 4bhk with attach toilet bathrooms, modular kitchen, double height main hall, zen garden, swimming pool, green walk path, greensitout and working space/indoor game/mini theatre room. Can you do it GLA?
