सर आप ठीक कह रहे है मगर किसी ना किसी को तो बच्चों के लिए लड़ाई लड़नी पड़ेगी ! मेरे पास फाउंडेशन की एक बच्ची की कॉपी है वो फाउंडेशन मैं Business Laws & Business Correspondence and Reporting मैं फेल है उसके 30 मार्क्स आये है और उसके अन्य पेपर मैं 82,93,96 नंबर है उसकी कॉपी मैंने ICAI के examiner से रीचेक करवाई उसके 67 नंबर आ रहे है वो सिटी , रीजन या इंडिया टॉपर हो सकती थी मगर एक examiner की गलती ने उसे फेल कर दिया ! ये अकेला केस नहीं है ऐसे हज़ारो केस है और हर बार हम शायद भगवान को मंज़ूर नहीं था या bad लक रहा कह कर छोड़ देते है ! सर ये बच्चे ICAI से नहीं लड़ सकते हमे आपको ही आगे आना होगा ! कोई भी हार आख़िरी हार नहीं होती उसके प्रयास ही आगे जीत का आधार बनते है ! मैंने तो ठान लिया है बच्चों के साथ ग़लत नहीं होने दूँगा जब तक रिचेकिंग आईसीएआई मैं नहीं आ जाती मेरी लड़ाई बंद नहीं होगी !

I got 190 in aggregate g1 ca final , and i got only 1marks in q1 of FR which was wrongly framed by ICAI and in SFM they have intentionally deducted 7-9 marks in theory just to fail me. My answers exactly match with suggested answers but nothing i can do ...just i will try to score around 55-60% so that i dont fall in borderline category. They intentionally cut marks in theory to maintain pass percentage.

I applied for rti and also spent 400rs for verification but in mail and letter wrote all my queries..I did this bcz my father insisted my although I knew from inside there is no use of it.. in response they just wrote there is no totalling error ignoring my queries.. I understand about FR but in sfm and law at some places without any reason marks are cut. If I discuss with anyone they say k or bhi bche pass hue h your preparation was not well you are making excuses and blaming institute...I really feel bad about myself now.
Sir 2 points 1)- video ke thumbnail mein likha ki aap sarthak sir ke sath hain. Video khola to you are saying that sarthak sir, you won't get any results. This is kind of demotivating. If some teacher is doing this, then support him fully. 2)- this video can make you look like - only you want to be the one doing these things. When someone else does, you say - there will not be any benefits. If you see, thousands of students watched sarthak jain those videos. Effect of these videos will be - less no. Of people doing ca. But i can also understand one thing - you are criticizing only but not in direct words, but in indirect words that case is hopeless, ICAI can't bring a positive change and etc.

Sir, I am a CA Intermediate student. In the November 2023, I have secured 195 marks and in FM-ECO, I got 52 marks. I had applied for certified copies and after obtaining it , I found that 3.5 marks have been deducted in one question which I found as wrongly evaluated, therefore I have further posted a letter regarding my query as per CA regulations. When the suggested answer was released I found that my answer was almost similar to the suggested . Please guide me what shall I do further, although I am continuing my study for May 24 attempt.

No Sir!!!!! Please do something for this. We don't want to lose hope as great things will take time. I remembered the last time in September 2019 when we had protested at ICAI Bhawan, ITO Delhi. The first time I observed that they had started to take steps by forming a committee for these issues but after that in march 2020 due to outbroke of covid 2019 we didn't reach the results. we had just started our fight and we all have to do better things for not only me but for future CA Students also. I also spent almost 10 years in this course and still I didn't lose hope and always try to do and thinking of a day when i will become CA after waiting for so many years it will be a wonderful day in my life. I didn't blame ICAI and its examination evaluation system but many students are suffering from this wrong evaluation of answer copies and incorrect questions in examination. I always believe in hard work and one day results will come in favour but if we lose hope then we always regret that day and also people will say "jab pata tha CA karna baski nahin hai to shuru hi kyu ki thi." so we have to change and yes we will change and restart again.
