What makes Chicago architecture so unique, is that some of the classic buildings aren't allowed to be built anymore due to updated zoning restrictions. Unfortunate for most, but it helps the property hold its value as an investment.
Gorgeous units but I’m really picky. For over a mil I’d much rather buy a townhouse or small single family with yard. Esp to get rid of HOA. No windows in the bedrooms would also be a no for me 😂. I am surprised that the HOAs are less than or only $100 higher than mine and I have a 850 sqft 1 bd that’s like 1/4 the cost of these. Make it make sense lol
