yeah Bridge Circles are a standard everyday neck exercise and warmup. Arman probably does those every day. It was likely what Parrumpa said; he got injured but dealt with it, then it flared up during the harsh weight cut.
It appears that way. But I also remember DC saying he threw out his back, or a rib, just from sneezing. So even the slightest tweak to the neck/back area of the body can result in discomfort.
Mike is on point tonight. And comparison between Khabib and Islam remind me situation with Fedor in Pride and Velasquez in UFC at late 00 Khabib was undefeated and Fedor was undefeated in Pride but Velasquez was and Islam is nowadays truly future of mma at general wherever future holds for them

I just think the moment got to him and he had to find a reason to withdraw from the fight without looking like a p****. Reminds me of Nicco Montano when she was scheduled to fight Valentina Shevchenko.
@ Previous injury ? Why would he take this fight if he wasn't totally healed ? Getting injured during the weight cutting process ?...Imagine if Makhachev pulled out because of that...I mean, people would push the UFC to strip him of his title right away and schedule a fight for the vacant title between Arman and Oliveira the next month...
