I didn't know who she was until watching this video. This young lady certainly shows how far one can go with an abundance of confidence, maybe a little too much confidence. Sorry but separate bathroom sounds amazing, Im germofpobic, Im serylizing everything I touch and really why not get separate one? I dont see anyting wrong with it. BUT I might just be traumatized because lately in my own work they moved one department in our city and those girls do not flush after themself. They use our kichen mugs to wash their private parts in bathroom and its just been a mess.
Same here, I know certain OCDs that might actually cause a person to behave this way. I don’t care about defending her but I don’t see how having your private toilet as the boss and simply asking people to clean it after they use it calls for cancellation, also what behavior in the videos while she interviews her employees is considered bullying or passive aggressive? Telling a 22 year old that she’s not that young compared to a 25 year old? This cancellation is just bizarre, it screams “someone at the office is jealous of the famous pretty girl”. Instead of this petty squabbles people should talk about the fact that this brand promotes itself as not fast fashion while having low prices and fiber blends with lots of synthetics. I don’t believe you can pay fair wages with those prices, everything is produced in China, in factories they probably know nothing about and the markup compared to Zara is not because of the quality but because of the “famous influencer” premium.

I think there maybe there is more to that story of the bathroom than just her having her own, she admitted in a two years old interview that she screams hard at her employees and that she doesn’t regret it because it has taken her far. My guess is that the bathroom has made her loose her temper in aggressive ways...because I agree that there is nothing particularly wrong in wanting to have your personal bathroom if you can. But if for example, there is a team of twenty people in the office and only two bathrooms and one exclusive to Matilda, then there is a problem because you have to give working conditions to your employees. I feel like people in Sweden know a lot more than us haha, hence the toilet outside her store.
She has a bathroom not just for herself but for herself and her "favorite' employees. That is power harrassment.
