As a personal British English learning man in Japan, I'd like to ask you to do like this lesson because usually the most of private English trainers or private English conversation schools offer to learn American English. I’ve been taught that in negative comparison is it used „not so… as” whereas in positive comparison „as … as”. Ex. You’re not so pretty as my ex or You’re as pretty as my ex. You recommend to use „not as … as” for negatives. Could you advise me if „not as…as” is interchangable with „not so … as” or is it „not so … as” structure incorrect? Great video by the way! 😁👍
