I'm about half way through this video and I have to say how much I love your teaching methods. I took Algebra and Geometry in High School 20 years ago. I started out enjoying it, but quickly became frustrated as my teachers never fully explained everything and many times I felt lost. I passed Algebra with a C, and Geometry I squeaked by with a D. I'm a homeschool mom now and I always enjoy doing math with my daughter. I seem to have a much better understanding of Algebra and Geometry this time around working side by side with my daughter. If I come across something I'm unsure of, or I just want to confirm that I myself have a proper understanding of the lesson before I teach my daughter, I watch one of your videos. You are an amazing instructor. As a student, I was never satisfied with the "Here's the formula, it works" and never knowing the WHY. I love maps, to read and study them, and the way you instruct is like drawing a map to a hidden treasure. All the steps are there and there are no hidden clues. Thank you for helping not just myself, but also my daughter, in our understanding of math and the confidence it brings in knowing we can do this and WHY it works!
And THANK YOU for being such an involved parent and for taking the time to share your appreciation and experience with us!!! It sure does make a difference and sadly after 22 years of teaching there seems to be less and less of it:( I hope you will share our channel with other parents and please remind them all to take the time to like, subscribe, support the ads and share all the free educational channels that help because thats how we all grow and are able to remain free for everyone...BAM!!! Thanks again...Rob & Cheryl Tarrou
I will thanks:) By the way, if you are struggling in statistics I teach that class and made a series of videos for that class. Go to the homepage of my channel and you will see the playlist.
Professor RobBob ,thank you for another basic video/lecture on the Midpoint Formula in Geometry. This topic is simple and easy to understand in Mathematics. Graphical methods are always helpful when finding Midpoints.
I agree. The problem is the chalk settles into all the electronics. You can see I don't care. My old room had white boards installed and I excited at first and grew to hate them. Once my room was changed and it still had chalk boards, I refused to give them up:D
your are man the man the man infinity man. mad love n blessings. you have help me get through trig n now i m in pre calc . im going to top w you help thanks lot mr ture.
That's AWESOME Sandman Syed ...it's always nice to hear from a repeat subscriber who completes one course and comes back for more! Let me know when you "top" that class...and I hope you are sharing my channel with your classes and all your friends too:D
Got an A on a quiz from watching your videos. Continuing to spread the word via Facebook and introduced your channel as a resource. My EOC is just over a month away.. and your videos have helped me prepare for it!
Ross McKee CONGRATS!!!We really do appreciate all the sharing since that is our only source of advertising! Keep up these great study habits and I'm sure you'll do great on that EOC...BAM!!!
I love the examples, either I get to learn a new way, or review what I learned before more thoroughly. Please don't stop with all the small steps a long the way~ Great videos! On my 9th geometry video....
I'd say that calls for a BAM!!! Lughmani Tehreem THANK YOU for watching, learning, liking, subbing and being a such a self-motivated student...we teachers really appreciate students like you! Don't worry...long explanations are part of my teaching style, but on my newer videos I try to add time stamps if students want to skip past something:) No plans on changing ~ there are plenty of short teaching videos on YT already. Thanks again...Please keep sharing those Geometry videos...they are the least watched videos of all my subjects:(
Yup, it's a daily routine now. I'm almost have way through geometry , and jumped on to algebra 2 so I can do my precal . Thank you for all your videos. Truly a life saver. I'll remember to share them.:)
Something I learned in Statistics today (a class I am struggling in at the same time as Trig...a class I seem to be teaching myself more than anything, good thing I sub/tutor geometry) is that "Mean uses ALL the data" (Insert meme girl here) So if that helps when you are describing what mean is, even in this type of application...have at it!
AHHH yes...and now you see why I always preferred math to english class. You would think I could spell a math term correctly! Thank you for letting me know:D
THANKS for tuning in @Stacey Offcial ! Sounds like the perfect time to share this channel with the rest of your class and tell your teacher where to find this free study resource that ALL their students can use...BAM!!!
hello sir :) can you teach us about division of a line segment? For example, if asked to divide a line segment into 5 equal parts, how am i going to do that exactly?

Would you happen to have a list corresponding these video with Jurgensen's Geometry?
Thanks :)
I have a video on how to program the Midpoint Formula on your graphing calculator for easy calculations. This may be useful for some of you.
hello, how do we graph 7 over 2, ,and 1 over 3 as the mid point on the graph?
who else is here in 2020 because their teachers are not explaining it right ?😂
THANKS for tuning in @Stacey Offcial !
