l V l if you go to GTA editor, then front here go to director mode. On directors mode, you can be any character you want. You can have unlimited ammo with no cops, you choose the weather to whatever you want. But you can only do it on PS4, Xbox one, or PC

Flying in these conditions is perfectly normal. If the runway isn’t too slick and the winds aren’t too bad, planes can fly in lightning and thunderstorms. If you fly in a lightning storm, chances are that your plane has gotten struck by lightning. This happens quite often and it’s perfectly normal. Planes are meant to withstand lightning, it never usually affects the aircraft and the aircraft will continue on its flight normally.
