    I'm so chuffed,
I did this yesterday. Made 2 potato bakes, cooked on the Weber for a party we had. Absolute raving success. not a morsel left!
I used the trivet tray, but under it, i simply laid down a sheet of foil, folded in half with the edges up turned and slits cut in them to let the head through, and any spillages drain.
Cooked uncovered for 2 hours each tray and they were perfect.
We had a fair bit of wind here yesterday and I wasn't able to reach high temperatures, (which was reflected in the cooking time) but boy o boy was it a hit!

    What an awesome video....thank you!
And for those couple of posters commenting on your bbq....I say 'Get a life, you're illustrating what's wrong with the human species today!'. I'm a foodie & would eat anything from your bbq. Best wishes to you and your family

Nice flys and bugs. Kinda nasty. I guess it is protein. ?

I guess it’s outdoor cooking in Australia, nothing you can do about the flies

Cutting the skin off of a potato is like removing the skin from fried chicken.

With your charming disposition, you'd never be invited anyway - so you don't have to be concerned, do you?
