You’re not wrong. Toll Brothers does have homes in other neighborhoods that offer the same quality but are much more affordable. Check out my videos of Preserve at San Tan for one example. 😊
No doubt! There’s another home in this same neighborhood with shiny white floors and glass walls in the study and I thought the same way. Can’t imagine the fingerprints with my two kids 😅
