I'm an igbo but let's be realistic here. The lands were given to them to devolop to contribute to the Fct housing investment programme. They are meant to sell the lands to people who are building commercial residential houses so that returns could be there. That is investment. Not buying from Fct and selling to people who want to build private residences for themselves
