I am Japanese. Please note that you are not good at English.
This is a very lonely song in which an umbrella forgotten by "you" becomes a "youkai", has an ego, and waits for "you" all the time.
The first half is the lyrics "Your face disappearing hazy" 18 days after the ego sprouted. She expresses that she is gradually forgetting "you"'s face while waiting.
Nevertheless, she seems to be waiting for "you" even after 103 days.
