Here’s a tip for vault: block of really hard right when your hands touch the table, drive your heels hard, and run faster and look at the board while you are running. This is coming from a level 5 almost 6. Your bars was amazing to!

Thanks so much!! So they typically do for the top 12 out of 30. The top 3 usually get a different kind of medal. So not everyone gets a medal.
