I was looking for a video like this, as I usually struggle to finish points at net, this should help! Easy to execute and effective!

Wow great video! Can you post a video on how to put away easy balls at the net? Like how to smash it over the fence

I saw you dropped step on the outside leg(right) after the split for the volley. Should we push the ground from the right or left leg? Thanks coach

This advice is absolutely money especially with the moving in a Y shape rather than a T shape to meet volleys. And as a coach for kids I've found it has made my volleys very passive and right down the middle I'm trying to give them more reps and it leaks into my game haha "coaches volley" now I have a name for it

I am a serve and volleyer. I want to reduce the passing shots that I miss

Try to pass in two shots instead of going for a clean pass of the approach shot. Try to hit the first ball low so they have to volley up and then you can pass of that ball

I love your work but I wish you wouldn't say "always, every time, absolute" phrases so often. Even beginners understand complex things have contingences and percentages of chances. Anyone that's tried to play knows it's a process and individual bodies, brains, and such are different and there's not one way. Our culture is very lazy with language like this. Thanks!
