How important is your head posture in these drills? Michael has a very fixed gaze in all these movements, are you miring yourself in a mirror or is it just to keep yourself centred?

Well, that is a two fold answer; when you are fighting an opponent and using these drills your head posture needs to move to avoid and not have a stationary target, however for the purposes of this drill the head posture is important for focus, balance, and direction. Another pointer is to always keep your chin tucked to avoid being knocked out from a "lucky punch". When training, yes we always teach to mirror yourself. (If I understood the question correctly).
