They came from a healthcare company called fittleworth. But you can use normal domestic pegs.

I'm shocked I use the same bag it works great in all water for me. Are you putting the filter cover on. Sorry to hear that.

It doesn't bother me, if I know i am going to be in water a lot I just switch bags. Other than that it is a great bag.
