The Akashic Library and Christ consciousness

Good evening, my friends this evening I’m sharing with you my personal experience of the Akashic records, inner child healing, and the Christ within as in the Christ consciousness after spending some time alone, practicing meditation, visualizing and journaling and opening my pineal gland I am opening up and talking about some of the innermost reflections that I experienced during this time The Hermitics can be viewed as a hermetically sealed or veil higher self.

@@RoccoChioda certainly a unintended poop, but I am grateful for the comment. There is something about using delta waves meditation music that allows me to talk without overthinking what I’m saying, and also be completely detached from the emotional state of the side effects of overthinking.
If I were to be extremely honest, that is one of the major keys that has helped me.

How do you learn to access the akashic records?

@@aguslugiman9067 practicing mediation, there are tons of how too guides but the major key for me was intentional breathing. That interrupts the mind and stops thoughts, it also has a mental discipline aspect of forcing your body to be still. The is the battle with ego, those emotions are energy.
If you have trouble sitting still because a thought pops in and makes you feel the need to get up that is a sign, to stay and sit with it until it passes.
Once you can get to a point of becoming still and getting to that place, “known as ascended master” meaning you have mastered control over the body and emotion via mental mind will power. You can begin to unlock a variety of aspects from the Akashic records, and perhaps even the journey of learning to be still reveals what things are triggering you to get up and move or walk away when those type things happened. I would write about it after meditation or reflect on my childhood and see different aspects that perhaps were different viewpoints than the way I originally remembered versus how others would tell the story to me from the past, this was able to open a lot of new understandings for myself and I hope that it does for you also.
