    Mein Vipassana dhyan kar rahi hu 3 sal se. Sirf sanso pe dhyan dene se sase sahaj he nabhi se chalne lagti hai. Jab man gayab ho jata hai to sanso ki gati aur gehri aur dheemi ho jati hai. Ye bahot aasan hai. Iske liye jyada hardwork ki jarurat nahi jaise ki apne bataya.

      Jo kar gaya uske liye asan hai ......Devi ji maan Shnat hona jaruri hai .....Aap ka maan shant .hai ..nabhi se Swass jab chalta hai .jab aap ko koi tenson nahi ho .....3 saal mujhe bhi ho gaye ...13 dec 2020 ..Aaj 12 dec 2024...........1 min 1 साँस सदैव ध्यान ..साँस लेना देखना ऊपर नीचे ....केवल चाय ब्रेक भोजन ब्रेक....हर समय ध्यान ....पहले मैं 14 साल एक उम्र से अल्कोलिक रहा ..22 साल 24 घंटे ...अभी धोखा बेवफा..परिवार सब दुश्मन....हो गए.......मुझे अभी कोई टेंसन नहीं..चिंता नहीं....ये सब ब्रह्माण्ड ने किया ...

      Extreme haath rasi karte waqt core ko feel karte ho or stomach pain feel hota hai vaise hi core is the centre of human body energy. Both physical running and workout and mind meditation of years are required to tap that energy. Hamare Hindu dharam mein shas aur shastar (weapon and knowledge) ki philosophy hai vo kuch aur nahi mind and body ki training hai weapon human body and knowledge represents mind it’s a journey of three levels physical level human body to mind meditation level both happen in harmony for long periods of time then only u can tap third level spiritual level anhat beyond our senses. But to get their first u have master the two levels which is mind and body harmony of both leads to spirituality. Har ek satguru yogi raha hai matlab swami vivekananda ji ne bhi keha aur karte the yoga and meditation swami ji athlete the. Guru tegh bahadur ji ek strong warrior the in his young age he fought a battle with courage in very young age extreme level of physical strength tab guru pita hargobind ji ne naam diya tha tegh bahadur Jo courages hai baad mein gurupita dyan aur tapsaya mein gye the guru gobind Singh ji khud warrior or saint the. Yogi Paramahansa Yogananda ji khud kriya yoga karte the which is very strong form of physical yoga and meditation. Har satguru ne keha hai a weak person can never be get enlightenment because it needs both physical training and mind meditation training for years and years that’s why most yogi are Rajputs like buddha or Sikh o most guru Rajput ya pandit the. I am not supporting caste here my point is to support courage and strength of a very person to do this yog tapsaya dyan in peace and harmony and not loosing his motivation will or control after doing it every day but to keep on doing until u get it because it’s a long journey of mind control and peace. And daily life it’s hard to get that peace and harmony as u get stressed anxiety jealous anger by boss wife friends etc that’s why I guess most yogi go to mountains and become sanayasi.

      Start putting ghee in ur naval every night. Workout specially running for half to one hour and meditation at least one hour and keep it going for one year u will get their.

      Naval core is the centre of human body. Once naval breathing starts means u have taken rebirth or reborn u can listen to anhat sound which cannot be listened. To do u need both physical human body training and mind meditation training then only u can lead to their level spiritual awakening. Hamare Hindu dharam mein shas aur shastar ki philosophy hai (weapon and knowledge) vo kuch aur nahi weapon human body and knowledge represents human mind. Ek satguru ne ye bhi keha hai weak insan kabhi Bhagwan ko parapt nahi kar şakta kyuki ki ess mein salo ki physical training and mind meditation lagti hai dono physical training and mind meditation harmony aur piece ke saath karte karte salo tak bena ye fal ki ekcha kare ya kuch nahi ho raha phir bhi har roj karne se ye tapasya puri hoti hoti. App yadav Jo Bhagwan Sri Krishna ji bhi khud warrior or bharamchari yogi the bhagwat geeta mein Bhagwan ne ye hi keha hai yogi sab se bada hai Bhagwan ko aana padta hai yogi ko dharsan dene ke liye kyu ki yogi bena fal ki ekcha kare appni mind and body training or tapaysa keh lo karta hai salo sal tak jab tak Bhagwan khud nahi aa jayte.
