Brother I have a question like I have C drive currently in windows 8.1 and another old drive which was used as C drive when I had windows 7. It has all the C files like system 32 and others. Can I delete it? It won't cause any problem? The disk size is 97 gbs

You are trying to say that, you have 2 Partitions
1st - C drive which contains your current OS (Windows 8)
2nd - another partition which had Windows 7
