    I just watched this video for the first time today. I’m 87 years young with obesity with inflammation and recent high blood pressure. Just what I think my body needed. I hope to keep up with these videos and know it will help my health improve. Thanks for this!!

    thank you friend- Your sessions are the real thing in mind/body/ spirit. I hope you & your lovely wife are well. Still grieving over the loss of our fur baby 12/31- She was 14- Looking for a golden doodle now- have to wait for the litter to be born- patience is not one of my virtues- That and the stress of these dire times makes me appreciate you even more-

    Thank you for your reply, this liquid is important to keep the joints in good condition. I just started doing this in the morning before breakfast. The tapping is good.i suppose you have to continue daily.
