Working with you one-on-one has certainly improved my serves over the last year or so. I have a lot more confidence during match play and under pressure. There's still room for improvement for sure, but much thanks to you for all the guidance you've provided me along the way.
Very simple and effective advice. I like the idea of having several kinds of serves, even the idea of having a warmup serve, which I didn’t have until now. Seems obvious when you hear it. Practical and easily/quickly applicable advice. Thanks!
Pressure is mental, solution is mental. My advice is to look to serve with confidence, but be real - don't tell yourself you're gonna hit some dream serve like Federer. Before you serve breath out, and relax your shoulders, make sure you toss the ball high enough and as you do say to your self "what will be will be" and let it happen. If it goes in great, if not whatever. Works for me :)
Thank you very much for your channel. For me it’s the BEST tennis serve channel on the TH-cam. Please keep going.
Thank you!

I love how you take the racket back and up to trophy so smoothly. I can’t even remember any pro doing that as beautifully!
